FESRC Holds Annual Shareholders Meeting
30 June 2015On June 30, 2015 Chairman of Rosneft Management Board, Chairman of Board of Directors of the Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Ship repair center Igor Sechin held annual shareholders meeting of the FESRC in Vladivostok.
The meeting approved the Company’s 2014 annual report and financial statements, elected members of the board of directors and the audit committee and approved the Company’s auditor.
