Experts acknowledged the results of the Company’s ongoing large-scale work to ensure industrial safety, as well as labour and environment protection. New requirements for working with contractors and a new process for HSE risk management were introduced as part of this effort; also, measures are being taken to support the occupational safety and environmental culture among the employees of the Company and contractors. Besides, active work is underway to form a corporate carbon management system, as well as other activities aimed at the development of the HSE IMS.

Corporate training was provided on the requirements of international standards and new approaches were introduced on a centralised basis as part of the transition to ISO 45001:2018 “Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems”. The training course was focused on the development of practical assignments based on actual production examples within the Integrated Management System.
